Tried to buy this same exact item in a local store. It was $180 but I got it directly from the manufacturer for around $40. Very happy with it.

I found the stethoscope to be surprisingly lightweight. The auscultation is great, the price even greater ! A tiny bit short, but I can live with that. You have to check if the heads are tightly screwed once in a while. I am pleased with this purchase !
