Refund policy
> Returns:
We like to keep things simple.
We give you 90 days to try out our products. If you don’t love your MDF Instruments product, simply initiate a return by contacting customer service at: customer.service@MDFinstruments.com or +1-(818)357-5647
We do not accept returns on stethoscopes that have been engraved. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
All returns must have an RMA number (Return Material Authorization). If an RMA number is not obtained prior to the return, a $5 (USD) handling fee will be applied. To request an RMA, please email customer.service@MDFinstruments.com and include the following information:
> Original purchase order/reference number
> Customer name
> Reason for the RMA request
Please write the RMA clearly on the outside of the shipping box before returning the item back to MDF. Please include all original packaging and accessories when returning an item. Returns must be shipped within five business days after the RMA is issued. All returns must be received within 10 business days of the RMA being issued. We are unable to refund any import duties/tariffs, original, or return shipping costs for returns.
> Refunds:
Upon receipt of the return, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price of the item(s), not including the original shipping charges. Please give us a few days to process your return.
> Exchanges:
If your item arrives damaged or contains a manufacturer’s defect, it is covered under our Warranty. Please give us a call at +1 (818)357-5647 should you, for any reason, want to exchange a product outside of our Return Policy and Warranty policy.
> Payment:
MDF Instruments accepts Paypal, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We do not add any credit card surcharges.
